Graphic Designer

We at Remarc Property Group are seeking a detail-oriented and aesthetically-minded Graphic Designer who understands that design should be not only beautiful but also clear and user-friendly. The primary focus will be on layout design for brochures, catalogs, and digital creatives. However, if you possess additional skills beyond those listed below, we'd be delighted to hear about them.

Your Responsibilities:

1. Design layouts for brochures, catalogs, flyers, presentations, and PDF guides (a variety of projects on a regular basis);
2. Prepare print-ready files in accordance with printing standards;
3. Maintain and develop the visual style of the company/project;
4. Participate in the design of related materials (potentially including social media content, packaging, event branding, etc., depending on your interests and skills).

What We Expect from You:

1. Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and InDesign (most important), as well as Photoshop;
2. 1–2 years of layout design experience with a portfolio showcasing your work;
3. A strong sense of composition and typography, with keen attention to detail;
4. Responsibility and the ability to meet deadlines without compromising quality.

Nice to Have:

1. Experience working with multilingual layouts (e.g., Russian, English, Georgian, etc.);
2. Basic retouching skills and the ability to adapt designs for digital formats;
3. Familiarity with Figma is a plus.
