Job summary

PT. Global Sekawan Sejahtera is seeking an experienced Graphic Designer to draft proposals, presentations, and marketing materials to support business development and online presence.

You will collaborate with senior staff, edit websites, and create social media content, ensuring consistent branding across campaigns and client proposals.

Ideal candidates have a bachelor's degree in communications or graphic design, strong design skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field (i.e. Communications, Graphic Design, etc.)
• Demonstrable experience in a marketing/graphics position preferable with an interior design & architectural or Real Estate Developer firm
• Strong graphic communication and design skills
• Experience working directly with senior staff on business-critical projects with minimal supervision
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and diverse project teams
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) is a must
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) highly preferable
• Digital publishing experience a bonus

Responsibilities

• Maintain resources & information systems: ordering materials, updating project documentation, resumes, image libraries, and supporting award submissions
• Learn Global Sekawan's portfolio of work, practice areas and broad firm capabilities
• Communicate proactively with colleagues and share information
• Keep supervisor informed of status and seek clarification when needed; provide upward feedback

They are seeking an experienced Graphic Designer to work under the direction of senior staff to write, design and produce proposals, presentations and other material used to help the firm win work and grow online presence.

Key responsibilities

Working with principals and senior staff to produce presentations, edit website, create social media content; research, write, design, & produce all materials

Manage scheduling, production, and delivery of marketing materials

Develop new materials as needed to support business development activities

Maintains resources & information systems: ordering materials, updating project documentation, resumes, image libraries, support award submissions

Learn and know Global Sekawan's portfolio of work, practice areas and broad firm capabilities

Shares information, communicates proactively and openly with colleagues at all times

Proactively keeps manager/supervisor informed of work status and seeks clarification where appropriate; provides upward feedback appropriately

About you
