Job description

We are looking for a motivated and creative Designer to join our dynamic team. You will play a key role in executing product & merchandise design, marketing & promotion design, and managing design guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

· Product & Merchandise Design: Design a variety of licensed products (e.g., toys, stationery, apparel) and merchandise using our animation characters.

· Marketing & Promotion Design: Create design assets for online and offline marketing, including posters, social media content, web pages, and event banners.

· Visual Content Support: Provide design support for our animation production process, including creating graphic elements (e.g., title logos, subtitles, backgrounds) and handling layout design.

· Design Guideline Management: Establish and maintain consistent design guidelines for our characters and brand IP.

Qualifications:

· A bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., visual design, product design) or equivalent experience.

· A portfolio is required, clearly showcasing your projects and your specific role in them.

· Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.

· A strong sense of creativity and the ability to implement various design styles.

· Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members.

· Fluent in English

Preferred Qualifications:

· Experience in a relevant field is a plus.

· Experience in the animation, character, or merchandise industries.

· Proficiency in other design tools, such as 3D modeling or video editing software.
