Job summary

Pico Total Brand Activation, based in Jakarta, seeks a proactive Graphic Designer to join the team. You will translate strategic ideas into compelling visuals for brand activations, exhibitions, conferences, and retail experiences, while maintaining high standards of typography and visual hierarchy.

Collaborate with Creative Directors, Art Directors, and 3D Designers in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects to meet deadlines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in event/exhibition/activation environments.
• Strong portfolio in branding, event graphics and environmental graphics.
• Solid understanding of typography, color theory and visual branding.

Responsibilities

• Develop creative concepts and visual design solutions based on client briefs and strategic direction.
• Translate brand guidelines into experiential graphics across exhibitions, events, conferences, retail activations and environmental branding.
• Design key visual systems for exhibitions, events, conferences, retail activations and environmental branding.
• Create presentation visuals, mood boards, graphic mock-ups and design rationales.
• Produce high-quality artwork for print, digital, environmental graphics, signage and large-format applications.
• Ensure visual consistency across all communications and project deliverables.
• Collaborate with Creative Directors, Art Directors and 3D Designers.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Stay updated on emerging design trends and production techniques, including AI-powered tools.

We are looking for a creative and proactive Graphic Designer to join our Jakarta creative team. You will be responsible for developing compelling visual concepts and quality design solutions across brand activations, exhibitions, conferences, retail experiences, and integrated marketing campaigns. You should have a strong eye for design, solid execution skills, and the ability to translate strategic ideas into engaging visual experiences.

Key responsibilities

Develop creative concepts and visual design solutions based on client briefs and strategic direction

Translate brand guidelines into impactful experiential graphics across multiple touchpoints

Design key visual systems for exhibitions, events, conferences, retail activations, and environmental branding

Create presentation visuals, mood boards, graphic mock-ups, and design rationale

Produce high-quality artwork across print, digital, environmental graphics, signage, and large-format applications

Ensure visual consistency across all communications and project deliverables

Maintain high standards of typography, layout, composition, and visual hierarchy

Collaborate closely with Creative Directors, Art Directors, and 3D Designers

Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting project deadlines

Stay updated on emerging design trends, materials, production techniques, and AI-powered creative tools

About you

Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field

2–3 years of experience in an event agency, exhibition design company, experiential marketing agency, or brand activation environment

Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in branding, event graphics, environmental graphics, and activation projects

Solid understanding of typography, composition, color theory, and visual branding

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced team environment

Strong communication and collaboration skills with a good command of the English language
