Exquise Patisserie Cake & Coffee is seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join our creative team. As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for developing visually striking designs that showcase our premium baked goods and elevate the Exquise brand. This is a full-time position based in Central Jakarta.

What you'll be doing

Create eye-catching designs for our product packaging, promotional materials, social media content, and other brand assets

Collaborate closely with the marketing team to understand campaign objectives and translate them into impactful visual solutions

Maintain brand consistency across all design projects, ensuring adherence to our visual identity guidelines

Generate new design concepts and ideas to continuously refresh and enhance the Exquise brand

Prepare files for print and digital production, working closely with external suppliers

Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and techniques to keep our brand feeling fresh and innovative

What we're looking for

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in the food and beverage industry

A strong portfolio demonstrating your expertise in branding, packaging design, and digital content creation

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud applications, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign

Excellent eye for typography, colour, and composition

Ability to work well in a team, collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, and meet deadlines

Passion for the culinary industry and a keen understanding of visual trends in the F&B sector
