We are an AI-native start-up building sales enablement products in the banking, financial services, and insurance industry; already trusted by dozens of enterprise customers (including Fortune 500 companies).
Title: Graphic Designer
Team: Sales
Employment Type: Full-time
Location: APAC / Asia time zone (Singapore preferred)
As Hupo scales — more clients, more markets (APAC, EMEA, Americas), more events, more sales activity — the volume and visibility of design work has grown well beyond what can be handled informally. Right now, this work is fragmented across the Marketing Manager and other teams (including product marketing), which isn’t sustainable and pulls people away from their core roles.
This person becomes the primary owner of Hupo's marketing and sales-facing design output — sales decks, investor presentations, event activations, and video content. Their work sits directly in front of Fortune 500 clients and on the floor of major industry conferences, so the quality and consistency of what they produce directly affects how enterprise clients and prospects perceive Hupo.
Hupo will also undergo a brand refresh, so this person will additionally take ownership of applying the new brand identity consistently and correctly from day one, across every asset the company produces. Product UI/UX is also a major brand touchpoint, and that layer is owned by product design — so this role will work closely with product design to keep the brand consistent across both surfaces, rather than owning brand applications in isolation.
