Based in Pluit, North Jakarta, you will develop concepts, layouts, and print-ready files while collaborating with marketing and operations to tailor designs for various formats and audiences.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor's degree (S1) in Visual Communication Design (DKV), Multimedia, Fine Arts, or a related field.
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a Graphic Designer.
• Experience in Shopping Centers, Retail, Advertising, or Creative Agencies is a plus.
• Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and CorelDRAW.
• Basic knowledge of Adobe After Effects or Premiere Pro is a plus.
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, layout, color, and branding.
• Creative, detail-oriented, and able to translate creative briefs into engaging visual designs.
• Able to work effectively under tight deadlines and time constraints.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Graphic Designer role based in the Jakarta Metropolitan Area. The Graphic Designer will create visual assets for marketing campaigns, social media, in-mall signage, promotional materials, and brand communications. Day-to-day tasks include developing design concepts, producing layouts and graphics, preparing files for print and digital use, and maintaining brand consistency across all visual touchpoints. The role involves collaborating with marketing and operational teams, adapting designs to various formats, and ensuring all visual materials align with Baywalk Mall's brand identity and customer experience.
