Job summary

Taman Safari Indonesia seeks a talented graphic designer to lead and standardize our visual identity across brands and outlets. You will develop and maintain design standards, templates, and assets, and act as the central design authority for Head Office, BUs, and external vendors.

The role requires 3+ years of experience, a relevant degree, and proficiency in Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign, plus Canva or motion graphics.

Qualifications

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in graphic design or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of graphic design experience across brands/outlets.
• Proficient in Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign.
• Knowledge of Canva, After Effects, Premiere Pro preferred.
• Strong printing, signage, color management and production knowledge.
• Portfolio showing branding, environmental graphics, and templates.
• Fluent Bahasa Indonesia with working English proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain design standards, guidelines, templates, and specs for all BUs.

Job description

• Develop and maintain design standards, guidelines, templates, and specifications for all BUs.
• Establish visual standards covering signage, wayfinding, guest information, maps, F&B materials, packaging, hospitality materials, digital assets, events, and internal communications.
• Act as the central design authority and reviewer for Head Office, BUs, and external vendors.
• Provide design direction and support to BU teams, designers, marketing teams, and vendors.
• Conduct regular visual audits to ensure consistency, readability, quality, and compliance with approved standards.
• Manage design approvals, revisions, production specifications, and vendor coordination.
• Maintain centralized design assets, templates, master artwork, and version control.
• Continuously improve design standards based on operational needs, guest experience, and brand development.
• Review, approve, or request revisions to designs based on established standards.
• Recommend improvements or replacement of outdated/non-compliant materials.
• Escalate significant or repeated design and brand compliance issues.

Qualifications

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Visual Communication Design, Multimedia, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in graphic design, preferably supporting multiple brands, outlets, properties, or Business Units.
• Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
• Knowledge of Canva, After Effects, Premiere Pro, or motion graphics is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of printing, signage, materials, dimensions, color management, and production processes.
• Portfolio demonstrating branding, operational design, environmental graphics, and template development.
• Good command of Bahasa Indonesia and working proficiency in English.
