Are you a visual storyteller with a strong eye for design and detail? Join our Creative Services Team supporting international clients across industries by delivering high-impact graphics and on-brand marketing materials.

As a Graphic Designer in a BPO setting, you'll play a key role in supporting brand consistency, digital content production, and design execution across print and digital channels.

About the Role

As part of a client-facing support team, you’ll collaborate closely with marketing stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of creative assets. You'll design and produce digital graphics, print-ready materials, and campaign visuals across multiple channels—ensuring every touchpoint reflects a cohesive, high-quality brand identity.

Your Daily Responsibilities Will Include:
  • Designing on-brand assets across websites, EDMs, digital signage, and social media
  • Producing print-ready layouts for brochures, flyers, reports, and other collateral
  • Conducting photo editing: cropping, retouching, color correction, and composition
  • Supporting brand identity projects by maintaining a consistent visual language
  • Managing and organizing design files, including updating and archiving versions
  • Adjusting concepts based on client or stakeholder feedback within tight deadlines

What You’ll Need to Succeed:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in graphic design (BPO, agency, or corporate creative team a plus)
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite: InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop
  • Working knowledge of Premiere Pro or Rush (a bonus but not mandatory)
  • Strong understanding of layout, typography, and color theory
  • Able to juggle multiple design projects simultaneously and meet daily/weekly deadlines
  • Familiarity with print production requirements and digital publishing best practices
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while coordinating with global stakeholders
  • Excellent attention to detail and version control
