Job Summary

We are looking for a highly creative, out-of-the-box, and detail-oriented Graphic Designer who is passionate about design and can create highly captivating and very engaging visual content that aligns with FIPPER’s branding and target market.

The ideal candidate must have a very strong drive, strong understanding of the fashion and young adult market, take high initiative, be proactive, and be willing to go above and beyond to ensure that every design delivers maximum impact.

The Graphic Designer will also be responsible for creating all marketing materials, both online and offline, including POP (Point of Purchase) and POSM (Point of Sales Materials), ensuring a consistent and absolutely impactful brand presence.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Creative Design & Branding
  2. Develop bold, unique, and highly engaging visuals for:
    1. Website and e-commerce assets
    2. Digital ads, banners, and promotional materials
    3. Offline marketing materials (brochures, posters, flyers, catalogs, billboards, in-store displays)
    4. POP (Point of Purchase) and POSM (Point of Sales Materials), including standees, shelf talkers, and display units
    5. Product packaging and POS materials
    6. Event and campaign visuals
  3. Think outside the box and develop innovative ideas that captivate and engage the audience.
  4. Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials.

Content & Trend Awareness

  1. Stay updated on the latest fashion, youth, and social media trends to create relevant and attention-grabbing designs.
  2. Research competitor brands and bring fresh, innovative ideas to elevate FIPPER’s brand presence.
  3. Work closely with marketing, social media, and product teams to align branding efforts.
  4. Present and explain design concepts clearly, providing strong creative rationales.
  5. Actively contribute creative ideas for campaigns, promotions, and brand activations.

Execution & Production

  1. Produce both digital and print materials for various marketing needs.
  2. Adapt designs based on feedback while maintaining creativity and originality.
  3. Take initiative and be proactive in identifying new creative opportunities that enhance the brand.
  4. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring quality and deadlines are met.

Qualifications & Skills

  1. Extremely creative, out-of-the-box thinker with the ability to design highly captivating and very engaging visuals for our target market.
  2. Passionate about graphic design and eager to push creative boundaries.
  3. Strong understanding of the fashion and young adult market—you know what’s trendy and visually appealing.
  4. Very high initiative, proactive, and willing to go above and beyond to achieve the best results.
  5. Experience in branding, digital marketing visuals, and social media content creation.
  6. Familiarity with POP and POSM design, including store displays, promotional materials, and visual merchandising.
  7. Experience in video editing for social media platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube is a plus.
  8. Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  9. Detail-oriented and able to work under tight deadlines.
