Graphic Designer

Hubexo | BCI Central Indonesia — Employer Brand and People Experience (EBPX) team is seeking skilled creative professionals to support the development of high-impact, brand-aligned visual content across internal and external communications. These new roles will play a critical part in delivering best-in-class creative assets that support employer brand storytelling, colleague engagement, and corporate campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Deliver high-quality creative assets that align with Hubexo’s employer brand identity and tone of voice.
2. Work within established design systems, templates, and brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all materials.
3. Produce visual content for global audiences, working closely with the EBPX team and stakeholders across multiple time zones.
4. Collaborate across departments and functions, as well as independently, to manage a high volume of design work at pace.
5. Support both internal communications and external-facing employer brand campaigns, with deliverables including digital assets, social media graphics, presentation decks, animations, infographics, and motion content.
6. Communicate clearly in English, both written and verbal, to work effectively with a globally distributed team.

Graphic Designer Requirements:

1. 3+ years’ experience in a design role, ideally within a global organisation or technology company.
2. Strong portfolio showcasing ability to design across digital channels, including social, web, email, and internal comms.
3. Experience creating and working with branded templates and applying brand guidelines effectively.
4. Comfortable designing for multiple formats and outputs (static graphics, decks, print-ready assets, etc.).

Additional Requirements:

1. Proven ability to work independently and manage time effectively across multiple projects.
2. Comfortable working remotely and collaborating across international time zones.
3. Professional proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
4. Experience working in a global or cross-cultural context is highly desirable.
