Qualifications

Job description

Have a good sense of layout, color composition, and digital imaging.

Provide visuals with clear & concise communication to the audience, reflecting brand DNA values.

Fulfill requests for design creation across various needs.

Create communicative and easy-to-understand designs based on visual appearance, according to team requests.

Utilize design elements, layouts, and technical processes to create designs that meet needs.

Understand production capabilities to create relevant designs for product development. Provide product template designs regularly for the sales team as directed by the team manager. Communicate actively with the team & team manager to align on design needs.

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of professional experience, preferably from a luxury brand/product.

Experience in High-end Fashion is a plus.

Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design/Visual Communication.

Proficient with Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere (or other design tools). Strong familiarity with Adobe Suite. Capable of leading creative projects.

Preferably strong in corporate & editorial design and open to innovative ideas.

Ability to edit GIFs / Videos.

Ability to draw illustrations.

Additional skills in editing are a plus.

Possess a positive attitude and willingness to learn about the beauty industry landscape.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, both independently and as part of a team.
