Job summary

International Global Network in Jakarta is seeking a junior graphic designer intern to create visual materials for social media, posters, banners, brochures, and certificates. You will support branding for IGN’s events and conferences, and develop concepts based on briefs and brand guidelines.

Collaborate with marketing, events, and partnerships teams to meet project requirements, revise designs on feedback, and prepare final files for publication and print. A portfolio is required.

Qualifications

• Final-year student or fresh graduate in Graphic Design or related field.
• Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and Canva.
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, layout, and visual composition.
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain visual consistency across materials.
• Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple tasks.
• Capable of understanding briefs, accepting feedback, and applying revisions.
• Strong communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Highly adaptable, proactive, organized, and eager to learn.
• Portfolio showcasing relevant design projects required.

Responsibilities

• Create visual materials for digital and print platforms (social posts, posters, banners, brochures, certificates, presentations).
• Support branding and design needs for IGN’s events, programs, and conferences.
• Develop creative design concepts from briefs and brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with marketing, event, and partnership teams to meet requirements.
• Revise designs based on supervisor and stakeholder feedback.
• Prepare final design files for digital publication and printing.
• Manage multiple design projects while maintaining quality and deadlines.
• Stay updated on graphic design trends and techniques.
