Job summary

Hotel L'Eminence Golf & Resort Lembang is seeking a creative Graphic Designer to join our Sales & Marketing team. You will design marketing materials for print and digital, create visuals for promotions and events, and help maintain the luxury brand across all channels.

You will also edit photos and simple video content, support shoots, and collaborate with multiple departments to deliver on-brand visuals that elevate guest experiences in a resort setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum D3/S1 in Graphic Design, Visual Communication Design (DKV), Multimedia or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in hospitality, F&B, lifestyle, or an agency.
• Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign; Canva is a plus.
• Basic video editing skills (Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar).
• Basic photography skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design marketing materials for print and digital: social media content, posters, banners, flyers, brochures, menus, and signage.
• Create visuals for hotel promotions, events, packages, golf tournaments, and seasonal campaigns.
• Keep all designs consistent with the hotel's brand guidelines and luxury positioning.
• Produce simple video and motion content (Reels, TikTok, short promo videos).
• Support photo and video shoots, then edit and retouch the results.
• Design internal materials for Sales, Marketing, Office and other departments (announcements, certificates, ID cards, event backdrops).
• Coordinate with printing vendors on specifications, proofs, and production quality.
• Manage and organize the hotel's design files and visual assets.
• Work with the Marketing team on content planning and campaign ideas.

Hotel L'Eminence Golf & Resort Lembang is a 5-star resort hotel in the highlands of Lembang, offering luxury accommodation, an integrated golf course, F&B outlets, and MICE facilities. We are looking for a creative Graphic Designer to join our Sales & Marketing team and bring our brand to life across print and digital channels.

Key responsibilities

• Design marketing materials for print and digital: social media content, posters, banners, flyers, brochures, menus, and signage
• Create visuals for hotel promotions, events, packages, golf tournaments, and seasonal campaigns
• Keep all designs consistent with the hotel's brand guidelines and luxury positioning

About you

• Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign; Canva is a plus
• Basic video editing skills (Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar)
• Basic photography skills are a plus
• Strong sense of layout, typography, and color, with an eye for a luxury aesthetic
• Able to manage several projects at once and meet deadlines
• Good communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English
• Able to work 6 days a week and live in or commute to Lembang
