Job Title: Blue Apple Crafter - 3D & Graphic Designer: Event/Mall Decor

Position Scope of Work:

Holistic 3D & Graphic Creative Management for Event & Mall Decoration [On-site, Permanent]

Working Hours:

9:00 am – 6:00 pm, Monday to Friday (with flexibility for additional hours based on project requirements)

Position Summary: 3D & Graphic Designer: Event/ Mall Decor

The 3D & Graphic Designer: Event/ Mall Décor plays a key role in design conceptualization and development, delivering high-quality, innovative designs for events, mall decorations, and signage. Candidates should have at least 2 years of experience in 3D and graphic design and proficiency in tools like Lumion, 3Ds Max, and/or SketchUp. Fresh graduates with a proactive, team-oriented attitude, a commitment to quality, and a can-do spirit are also encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities: 3D & Graphic Designer: Event/ Mall Decor

• Create and transform creative concepts into tangible 3D designs that bring events, mall decorations, and signage to life.
• Collaborate with the team to bring design ideas to fruition.
• Serve as the creative lead, developing compelling concepts into detailed, artisanal 3D designs aligned with project briefs and brand guidelines.
• Internalize project briefs and brand tonality into final outputs, ensuring effective creative conceptualization and high proposal success rates.
• Exhibit resilience and a passionate commitment to delivering creative excellence, quality execution, and on-time delivery, even under challenging circumstances.
• Demonstrate strong teamwork in cross-functional collaboration.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously with effective deadline management.

Qualifications: For 3D & Graphic Designer: Event/ Mall Decor

• Diploma, bachelor’s degree, or professional certification in 3D design, graphic design, or related fields.
• Experienced candidates are welcome, and fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Proficiency in 3D design software such as 3Ds Max, Lumion, SketchUp, AutoCAD, and Adobe Photoshop.
• Fluency in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin is an advantage.
• Skills in video editing, social reels creation, and on-site photography are valuable assets.
