General Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in the same role, preferably in a 4 or 5-star hotel or luxury property
• Educational background relevant to the position
• Strong leadership and team collaboration skills
• High attention to detail and commitment to service excellence
• Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
• Professional certification (e.g. BNSP) is a plus
