Your Role

This 12-month Graduate Trainee Program is designed to fast-track your career in Product Management through hands-on experience, structured mentorship, and exposure to high-impact projects. Based in Indonesia, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and enhance digital products.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Assist in product discovery, research, and strategy to identify market needs and opportunities.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and business teams to define product requirements and deliver user-centric solutions.
• Analyze user behavior, market trends, and product performance using data-driven insights.
• Support the product development lifecycle, from ideation to launch and iteration.
• Contribute to A/B testing, feature prioritization, and roadmap planning.
• Bring fresh ideas and innovative thinking to solve real-world real estate challenges.

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, or a related field.
• A minimum GPA of 3.50.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
• Basic understanding of product management, UX/UI principles, or agile methodologies (internship or coursework is a plus).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and data analysis tools.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
• Fluency in English (both verbal and written).
