Role Description

The Management Trainee role is a full-time, on-site position based in Jakarta, Indonesia. The Management Trainee will rotate through key departments to learn core business operations, including client services, trading support, and basic administrative processes. Daily activities include assisting senior staff with market analysis, preparing reports, supporting client communication, and helping coordinate internal projects. The role involves participating in training sessions, learning company policies and regulatory requirements, and contributing to team meetings and presentations. Management Trainees are expected to take initiative, apply feedback, and progressively assume more responsibility as they develop their skills and understanding of the business.

Qualifications :

• Strong interest in financial markets, particularly forex, stock indices, and commodities, with willingness to learn trading concepts and industry regulations.
• Solid analytical and problem‑solving abilities, including comfort with numerical data, basic reporting, and market information.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team‑oriented environment and interact professionally with clients.
• Good organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to follow structured processes and meet deadlines.
