Role Description The Junior Marketing role is a full-time, on-site position based at PT. Victory International (Branch Satrio Tower) in Jakarta, Indonesia. The individual in this role will support marketing activities by assisting in the development and implementation of marketing strategies and campaigns, focusing on promoting the company’s financial services. Daily tasks include conducting market research, preparing marketing materials, coordinating promotional events, and supporting sales teams with marketing assets. The Junior Marketing team member will also help manage social media and digital channels, respond to basic customer inquiries related to marketing activities, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent brand messaging.
