Ginting & Reksodiputro in association with A&O Shearman (G&R) in Jakarta invites recent law graduates to join its February intake of the Graduate Internship Program. This 6-month paid internship offers hands-on experience on live transactional deals alongside partners and associates.

Interns will perform in-depth legal research, draft documents, assist in due diligence, and participate in tender preparation and signing tasks, with exposure to both local and international advice.

Formación

• Bachelor of Law graduates from Indonesian universities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Bahasa.
• Minimum GPA of 3.0.
• Active contributors in organization and the university.
• Has an X factor that is unique to you.

Responsabilidades

• Perform in-depth legal research (field and desktop method).
• Perform legal drafting (proofreading, translating, and documents formatting).
• Assist in legal transactional deals.
• Assist in legal due diligence works.
• Assist in legal proposal and tender preparation.
• Assist in legal signing preparation.

Some of the responsibilities of our graduate legal interns are as follows:

Core requirements:

• Bachelor of Law graduates across Indonesia;

• Minimum GPA of 3.0;
• Active contributors in organization and the university;
• Has an X factor that is unique to you.
