Job description
Overview

Supporting the Sales & Marketing team in developing and implementing strategies to attract and retain clients, promote Offshore Supply Base services, and expand business opportunities. Assisting in market research, customer engagement, promotional activities, proposal preparation, and reporting to achieve sales and marketing objectives.

Responsibilities
  • Assisting in the development and execution of sales & marketing strategies, campaigns, and initiatives. Marketing campaigns executed effectively and aligned with business objectives.
  • Supporting the preparation of proposals, presentations, and promotional materials for clients. Proposals and materials are accurate, professional, and delivered on time.
  • Conducting market research and competitor analysis to identify business opportunities. Market intelligence collected and reported accurately.
  • Assisting in managing client relationships and responding to inquiries. Client engagement maintained and customer needs addressed effectively.
  • Maintain and actively implement SHE programs and responsibilities (identify, mitigate and monitor SHE risk), including the SHE Management System to ensure the effectiveness of the programs conform to official standards, requirements and procedures applied and to confirm the execution of SHE responsibilities meet the intended outcome. - SHE risk well maintained - Target Zero LTI - SHE Management System meets current ISO 14001, ISO 45001, SMK3 & SMKP standards and requirements
Education

Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Industrial Engineering, Logistics Engineering, Business Management, or Entrepreneurship.

Skill, Knowledge, and Experience
  • Fresh graduate or maximum 1–2 years of relevant experience.
  • Exposure to or strong interest in the energy, mining, logistics, or offshore industry.
  • Strong communication, networking, and presentation skills.
  • Creative thinking with an interest in digital marketing and branding.
  • Analytical skills with ability to interpret market data and trends.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital marketing tools is an advantage.
  • Fluent in English, both spoken and written, is an advantage.
