Job Responsibilities
- Evaluate and follow up the incoming Personnel Request Form (PRF) for sites and its mandatory requirements for pre-recruitment process in order to start the recruitment process including posting the job vacancies in media advertising if needed. Incoming PRF for sites and its mandatory requirements for pre-recruitment process are successfully evaluated and followed up.
- Establish and execute the recruitment process, such as: sourcing for prospective applicants; shortlisting potential candidates; interviewing and conducting soft skill tests for staff and liaising with user in preparing technical competency tests for non-staff employees; arranging other recruitment processes, including medical examination and salary negotiation; confirming the newly recruited to ensure that the recruitment process is run systematically conforms with company procedures. The risks are accurately identified.
- Prepare, administer and document employee movements such as leave (roster and annual leave, permissions), Personnel Action Report (PAR) for promotion, transfer, surplus, and salary review; organize the schedule for leave administration; monitor daily attendance; prepare appropriate forms, obtain approvals and inform the request/timesheet/PAR to payroll and portal to ensure employee movements are organized and well administered in conformance with regulations. Employee movements are accurately prepared, administered, and documented.
- Prepare and provide administrative support for all employees such as payslip distribution, meal and transport reimbursement distribution to ensure employee rights and benefits based on company procedures. Employee rights and benefits are successfully prepared and provided.
- Maintain and actively implement SHE programs and responsibilities (identify, mitigate and monitor SHE risk), including the SHE Management System to ensure effectiveness of programs conform to official standards, requirements and procedures. Confirm execution of the SHE responsibilities meet the intended outcome - SHE risk well maintained; Target Zero LTI; SHE Management System meets ISO 14001, ISO 45001, SMK3 & SMKP standards and requirements.
Education
Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Any Major with maximum graduation in 2023.
Skill, Knowledge, and Experience
- Have minimum GPA 3.30 out of 4.00
- Have minimum TOEFL/TOEIC score 500 or IELTS 5.5
- Self-motivated, good interpersonal and communication skills
- Committed to learn and actively participated in the full program
- Proficient in MS Office and English, written and verbal
- Willing to work in all Petrosea site locations all over Indonesia
