Qualifications

• Graduated in 2023 or later.
• Minimum GPA of 3.30 out of 4.00.
• Minimum TOEFL/TOEIC score of 500 or IELTS score of 5.5.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing and implementing the Project Execution Plan.
• Monitor compliance to applicable codes and performance standards.
• Perform overall quality control of the work and report regularly.
• Implement SHE programs and ensure compliance.

Job description

The graduate will gain valuable experience in all disciplines of mine engineering and operation based on a pre-determined rotation program.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist in preparation and implementation of the Project Execution Plan (PEP). Project is executed according to plan.
• Prepare and distribute a description and timeline of the project; calculate time frames and sequence the stages of the project; ensure time frames and stages are prepared and distributed accurately.
• Monitor compliance to applicable codes, practices, QA/QC policies, performance standards and specifications; ensure procedure compliance.
• Perform overall quality control of the work (budget, schedule, plans, personnel performance) and report regularly on project status; ensure quality control is performed accurately and reported regularly.
• Maintain and actively implement SHE programs; identify, mitigate and monitor SHE risk; ensure the effectiveness of the programs conform to official standards, requirements and procedures; confirm execution of SHE responsibilities meet the intended outcome. Target Zero LTI. Environmental Management System meet current ISO14001 standards and requirements.

Education

Bachelor Degree (S1) from Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Geomatics, Marine Engineer and Law with graduated max. in 2023.

Skill, Knowledge, and Experience

• Have minimum GPA 3.30 out of 4.00
• Have minimum 500 for TOEFL/TOEIC score or 5.5 for IELTS
• Self-motivated, good interpersonal and communication skills
• Committed to learn and actively participate in the full program
• Proficient in MS Office and English, written and verbal
• Willing to work in all Petrosea site locations all over Indonesia
