Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information technology, Computer Science, Data Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or related fields with a maximum graduation year of 2023.
• Minimum GPA 3.30 / 4.00.
• Minimum TOEFL/TOEIC score 500 or IELTS 5.5.
• Proficient in MS Office and English (written and verbal).

• Support digital transformation initiatives by assisting in design, development, and implementation of applications, automation tools, and ERP modules.
• Perform data collection, analytics, and visualization to generate actionable insights.
• Contribute to cybersecurity and IT compliance by monitoring vulnerabilities.
• Provide technical support for ICT infrastructure including networks and servers.
• Maintain and implement SHE programs and responsibilities.

Job description

Supports the organization’s digital transformation journey by assisting in the design, development, and implementation of applications, automation tools, and ERP modules. This role collects and analyses operational and business data to generate actionable insights, helps maintain cybersecurity and IT compliance, and provides technical support for ICT infrastructure to ensure system reliability and availability. The position encourages continuous learning and innovation by researching emerging technologies (e.g., AI/ML, IoT, RPA) and proposing digital improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, safety, and business performance.

Job Responsibilities

• Support digital transformation initiatives by assisting in design, development, and implementation of applications, automation tools, and ERP modules, with timely delivery and quality achievement.
• Perform data collection, analytics, and visualization to generate actionable insights for operational and business decision-making, ensuring dashboard/report accuracy and timeliness.
• Contribute to cybersecurity and IT compliance by monitoring vulnerabilities, assisting in risk assessments, and supporting incident response.
• Provide technical support for ICT infrastructure including networks, servers, and cloud platforms to ensure system reliability and availability.
• Maintain and actively implement SHE programs and responsibilities, including the SHE Management System, to ensure program effectiveness and compliance with standards and requirements (e.g., ISO 14001, ISO 45001, SMK3, SMKP).

Education

Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Information technology, Computer Science, Data Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or related fields, with a maximum graduation year of 2023.

Skill, Knowledge, and Experience

• Minimum GPA 3.30 / 4.00
• Minimum TOEFL/TOEIC score 500 or IELTS 5.5
• Self-motivated with good interpersonal and communication skills
• Committed to learning and actively participating in the full program
• Proficient in MS Office and English (written and verbal)
