Get to Know the Team

The GrabMart Marketing team is responsible for all marketing activities related to GrabMart and Special Projects. We improve growth for the business and we are looking for someone who wants to make a meaningful impact.

Get To Know The Role

We are looking for a Marketing Associate to translate strategy into execution planning. You will design Mart marketing campaigns, marketing offline activity, branding and sponsorship then monitoring its effectiveness. You will work with multiple stakeholders to ensure good Grab presence in nationwide-level and competitor analysis. Reporting to the Manager, you will work onsite in our Jakarta Head Office.

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform

• Manage the development of marketing strategy to achieve target of growing GrabMart consumers base and promoting a good relationship with Grab partners
• Understand business objective and collaborate with supporting functions (creative, PR, media buying, social media) to deliver campaign contents
• Manage campaign calendar with Marketing Partnership and Operational Business team to ensure campaign runs and communications sent out promptly
• Provide insights around campaigns and content optimizations
• Create weekly report of our performance, campaign evaluation and next action item and report it to Marketing lead

Qualifications

What Essential Skills You Will Need

• You have a Bachelor's Degree in Communications, PR, Marketing, or another related field
• At least 1 year in a related field such as Marketing/Communications
• Capable to deliver insights and presentation
• Experience establishing communication and engagement with prospects with multiple levels of stakeholders
• Proficient in Google Sheets, Google Slides and other system/tools to help implementation and tracking
• Experienced in coordination of projects
• Proficiency in English both written and verbal
