Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with government officials and regulatory bodies

Monitoring changes in legislation and policies that may impact our business operations

Advising the leadership team on the implications of new laws and regulations

Representing the company in meetings and negotiations with government agencies

Ensuring the company's compliance with all relevant laws, regulations and industry standards

Developing and implementing strategies to proactively address potential regulatory issues

Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure a coordinated approach to government relations

Requirements :

Candidate must have a Bachelor’s Degree in any major

At least 5 years of Government Relation experience in the mining industry

Extensive knowledge of the legal and regulatory landscape in Kalimantan Barat

Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence and persuade

Excellent problem-solving and strategic thinking abilities

Proven track record of building and maintaining successful relationships with government stakeholders

Good interpersonal skill, communication, and coordination skills

Willing to be placed in Jakarta or West Kalimantan
