Job Description:
  • The Trainer explains developments in industry regulations and compliance requirements relevant to our business.
  • Explains how to develop and implement compliance strategies and processes to mitigate risk.
  • Conducts risk assessments and audits to identify potential compliance issues.
  • Explains how to develop and maintain corporate governance policies and procedures.
  • Describes what a policy that aligns with regulatory requirements and industry best practices looks like.
Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Compliance, Human Resources, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in risk, compliance, and governance roles, preferably within a regulated industry.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience.
  • Strong knowledge of e-learning platforms, content development, and instructional design principles.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to assess data and make informed decisions.
