Job summary

GoTo Group, a leading technology platform in Indonesia, seeks an FP&A Analyst for its On-Demand-Services vertical in the Mobility business. You will support financial performance monitoring, reporting, cost control, forecasting, and modeling to enable data-driven decisions.

As part of the ODS FP&A team, you will deliver regular reporting and forecasts, collaborate across functions, and contribute to budgeting and strategic planning in a dynamic tech environment.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting/Business or quantitative field.
• 1–3 years experience in Accounting/Finance/Cost-control/ FP&A areas.
• Good communication skills and team player.
• Curious attitude with high attention to detail.
• Understanding of financial systems (e.g., SAP, Excel) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support costs control measures to detect risks against budget and monitor actual costs.
• Analyze P/L focusing on costs and expenses to identify inefficiencies and recommend actions.
• Assist month-end closing and analyze variances; use insights to refine forecasts with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain financial models for annual budgeting and planning processes.
• Prepare financial reporting and provide insights on financial performance.

We are currently seeking an FP&A Analyst for our On-Demand-Services vertical. In this role, you will be assigned to support our Mobility business by supporting in a broad range of finance activities including but not limited to financial and business performance monitoring, reporting, cost control, forecasting and financial modelling

What You Will Do

• Support the development and implementation of costs control measures to detect risks or potential deviations against budget, including monitoring and control on actual costs
• Exercise robust analysis on P/L, particularly on costs and expenses, with aim to identify potential innefficiencies, and recommending corrective actions
• Assist on month-end closing and providing analysis between actuals and plan - use insights to iterate on forecasts and discuss potential action plans with cross-functional stakeholders
• Support the development and maintenance of financial modeling for the annual budgeting process, and regular or ad-hoc planning to drive better decision making
• Support the preparation of financial reporting, providing insights on financial performance on regular and ad-hoc basis

What You Will Need

• Degree level qualification in Accounting / Business / Quantitative fields of study
• At least 1-3 years experience in Accounting/ Finance/ Cost-control/ FP&A-related areas
• Good communication skills and team player
• Curious attitude, strive to learn and high attention to detail
• Understanding of financial systems (e.g., SAP, Excel) is preferred
• Prior working experience in a technology company is a plus

As part of the ODS FP&A team, you will be responsible for regular business reporting, including preparation of weekly/monthly performance reporting and forecasting.
