Ayana Hospitality is seeking a skilled and passionate Golf Operations Manager to lead the operations at Riverside Golf Club. In this key role, you will oversee all aspects of golf operations, ensuring an exceptional experience for our members and guests. You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies that enhance service delivery, optimize course conditions, and manage a high-performing team.

Responsibilities
  • Manage daily golf operations, ensuring efficient scheduling, tee-time management, and quality service.
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to attract new members and enhance member retention.
  • Oversee course maintenance and collaborate with the maintenance team to ensure optimal conditions.
  • Monitor budgets and financial performance, managing expenses and maximizing revenue streams.
  • Foster a positive work environment by training and mentoring staff, promoting teamwork, and resolving conflicts.
  • Enhance the member and guest experience through excellent service and addressing feedback promptly.
  • Collaborate with other departments to promote special events, tournaments, and member activities.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continually improve golf operations.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Sports Management, or related field.
  • Proven experience in golf operations management or a similar role.
  • Being able to play Golf is a must.
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills to manage a diverse team.
  • Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting and financial reporting.
  • Ability to develop and implement effective marketing strategies.
  • In-depth knowledge of golf course operations and management best practices.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • A passion for golf and commitment to enhancing the golfing experience.
