Job Description

• Create and design back-end systems and services with the highest standards of dependability, scalability, performance, and maintainability.
• Collaborate with engineering peers and product managers to bring the vision to life with strong engineering solutions.
• To preserve high development standards, coach and technically assist less experienced team members.
• Show a keen interest in distributed systems and a desire to spearhead the creation of cloud services from inception to implementation and ongoing improvement.
• Work closely with stakeholders to identify the functional and non-functional needs for software development.
• Ensure clean, maintainable code, quick feature release, and system integration and feasibility while crafting high-level product specs.

Requirements

• At least 4 years' experience in back-end development with a robust skill set in Golang.
• Excellent command of software architecture concepts and a track record of successful system design and development, especially in the back-end field of consumer internet services.
• Ability to oversee engineering teams and offer a technical roadmap in an environment that prioritizes agile development.
• Excellent communication skills, especially the capacity to make wise judgments in stressful situations and negotiate uncertainty.
