About The Role

Area Operations Associate is responsible for supporting the Area Operations Manager in managing all spectrum operation drivers at the area level. This includes balancing supply and demand (BCR), utilization, driver acquisition, driver engagement, and resolving driver issues on the field. The role also involves handling conflicts, ensuring regulation compliance, and maintaining stakeholder relationships within the area.

What You Will Do

• Support the Area Operations Manager by managing day-to-day operations monitoring (2W and 4W)
• Collaborate on escalated issues related to driver services
• Apply insights from operations to establish new service areas
• Manage end-to-end processes at the Driver Support Unit in the district
• Ensure SOP and legal compliance
• Coordinate continuous improvement initiatives, including activity planning and stakeholder engagement
• Provide operational and consumer engagement analysis to support the AOM

What You Will Need

• Minimum 3 years of experience in operations
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience using tools like SQL, BigQuery, and Metabase
• Understanding of supply and demand planning
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
• Ability to develop creative solutions for operational issues and empower teams
• Experience managing community or mass conflict communication
• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and proficient in English (spoken and written)
