About The RoleArea Operations Associate is responsible for supporting the Area Operations Manager in managing all spectrum operation drivers at the area level. This includes balancing supply and demand (BCR), utilization, driver acquisition, driver engagement, and resolving field driver issues. The role also involves handling conflicts, ensuring regulation compliance, and maintaining stakeholder relationships.
What You Will Do- Support the Area Operations Manager with daily operations management for 2W and 4W drivers, including driver acquisition, engagement (loyalty, retention, safety, performance training), exit management, inventory management, and income optimization through expense reduction or alternative income sources (e.g., Swadaya).
- Collaborate on escalated driver service issues.
- Apply operational insights during the development of new service areas.
- Manage end-to-end processes at the Driver Support Unit in the district.
- Ensure SOP adherence and legal compliance.
- Assist in rolling out product changes regionally.
- Provide operational and consumer engagement analysis to support AOM activities.
What You Will Need- Minimum 3 years of experience in operations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in tools like SQL, BigQuery, and Metabase.
- Good understanding of supply and demand planning.
- Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and routine management.
- Ability to develop creative solutions and empower teams.
- Experience managing community or mass conflicts.
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and proficient in English, both spoken and written.
