About The Role

Area Operations Associate is responsible for supporting the Area Operations Manager in all spectrum operation drivers at the area level. This includes balancing supply and demand (BCR), utilization, driver acquisition, engagement, and resolving driver issues in the field. The role also involves handling conflicts, ensuring regulation compliance, and maintaining stakeholder relationships in the area.

What Will You Do

• Support the Area Operations Manager with daily operations management, including driver acquisition, engagement, exit processes, and inventory management.
• Collaborate on escalated driver service issues.
• Apply insights from operations to establish new service areas.
• Manage end-to-end processes at the Driver Support Unit in the district.
• Ensure SOP and legal compliance.
• Assist in product rollout and analyze operational and consumer engagement data.

What Will You Need

• Minimum 3 years of experience in operations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in SQL, BigQuery, and Metabase.
• Understanding of supply and demand planning.
• Good communication skills, attention to detail, and routine activity management.
