About The Role

Area Operations Associate is responsible for supporting the Area Operations Manager in managing all spectrum operation drivers at the area level. This includes balancing supply and demand (BCR), utilization, driver acquisition, driver engagement, and resolving driver issues in the field. The role also involves handling conflicts, ensuring regulation compliance, and maintaining stakeholder relationships in the area.

What You Will Do

• Support the Area Operations Manager (AOM) by managing daily operations, including driver acquisition, engagement (loyalty, retention, safety, and performance training), driver exit management, and inventory management (driver attributes and warrants).
• Assist in increasing driver income through expense reduction and providing alternative income sources (e.g., Swadaya).
• Collaborate with the AOM on escalated issues related to driver services.
• Apply insights from operations to establish new service areas effectively.
• Manage end-to-end processes at the Driver Support Unit in the district.
• Ensure SOP adherence and legal compliance within the district.
• Support the rollout of product changes in the region.
• Provide operational and consumer engagement analysis to assist the AOM.

What You Will Need

• Minimum of 3 years experience in operations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience using tools like SQL, BigQuery, and Metabase.
• Good understanding of supply and demand planning.
• Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and routine activity management.
• Ability to develop creative solutions to operational issues and empower teams to execute them.
• Capability to handle community or mass conflict communication.
• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and proficient in spoken and written English.

They ensure a healthy supply of drivers and seamless on-ground execution, working closely with Sales and User Growth teams to align strategies.
