The Company

Our client in the FMCG industry is looking for a seasoned Integration Architect to lead the design, implementation, and governance of integration solutions across its Asia Pacific operations. This role will drive integration strategy, manage architecture standards, and coordinate with global and regional stakeholders to ensure seamless system connectivity and performance. This is a 6 months project role with the potential for extension or conversion to a permanent position.

The Role

• Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders (local, regional, global) to define integration needs.
• Design integration solutions aligned with global architecture standards and best practices.
• Maintain and update regional integration architecture documentation and governance artifacts.
• Ensure integration landscape aligns with overall digital and technology strategy.
• Identify integration-related risks and propose remediation plans.
• Oversee delivery of integration solutions and proactively resolve issues.
• Lead regional and local integration transformation initiatives and roadmaps.
• Ensure monitoring tools and practices are reliable and efficient.
• Act as first responder for integration incidents, driving resolution and communication.
• Promote integration best practices and knowledge sharing across the region.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to relevant teams.

Your Profile:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Strong experience in integration architecture, design patterns, and SOA principles.
• Proven ability to build and manage integration solutions in complex environments.
• Hands-on experience with integration technologies (e.g., REST, GraphQL, WebSocket, MQ).
• Proficiency in scripting and programming languages (e.g., Java, JavaScript, Python, Go).
• Familiarity with middleware platforms (e.g., Boomi, Solace, Mulesoft, Kafka).
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Experience aligning technical solutions with enterprise architecture principles.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate with and influence diverse stakeholders.
• Experience in incident management and integration monitoring.
• Proactive leadership with a collaborative mindset.
