Job Summary:
The GTM Manager is responsible for leading and executing go-to-market strategies for product financing and telco partnerships. This role drives strategic initiatives to deliver innovative financing and bundling solutions that boost sales, enhance customer experience, and strengthen partner relationships.
Job Descriptions:
- Define, develop, and execute customer-centric financing and bundling strategies through banking and telco partnerships.
- Design and implement embedded financing solutions integrated into MODENA’s retail and e-commerce ecosystem.
- Negotiate partnership terms, pricing structures, risk-sharing arrangements, and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Lead technical integration of financing and bundling workflows into MODENA systems, ensuring seamless customer experience from application to repayment.
- Develop attractive appliance + data quota bundles, aligning product selection and package tiers with customer needs and pricing strategies.
- Oversee marketing campaigns and activations for both partnerships, including co-branded materials, digital ads, store banners, and sales guides.
- Train sales and customer service teams on product flow, unique selling points, and campaign execution for both financing and bundling offers.
- Monitor and analyze KPIs: bundled units sold, financing conversion rates, partner satisfaction, and overall ROI of joint initiatives.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field.
- 5–8 years of experience in go-to-market strategy, partnership management, banking/fintech, or telco industry.
- Strong expertise in GTM execution and partnership development in banking or telco contexts.
- Solid understanding of embedded financing architecture, credit scoring, loan lifecycle, and compliance requirements.
- Familiarity with quota bundling mechanics, digital recharge systems, and retail activation strategies.
- Excellent project management, cross-functional collaboration, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and ROI-focused decision-making abilities.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
