Lead and drive the go-to-market strategy and commercial activation of AI products and solutions, translating product propositions into effective market launches, campaigns, sales enablement, and demand-generation initiatives to accelerate adoption, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.

Main Responsibilities:

1. Develop GTM strategy and plans for AI products and solutions, defining target segments, positioning, value propositions, channels, launch approach, and commercial priorities.
2. Drive product launches and market activation, coordinating campaigns, events, customer engagement, and other demand-generation initiatives to accelerate market adoption.
3. Develop sales enablement, including product narratives, use cases, sales kits, pitch materials, and commercial playbooks to strengthen sales readiness and effectiveness.
4. Coordinate cross-functional GTM execution with Product Management, Market Research, Sales, Marketing, Partner Management, and Solution teams to ensure effective end-to-end commercialization.
5. Monitor GTM and commercial performance, including pipeline, conversion, adoption, campaign effectiveness, and revenue contribution, and recommend improvement actions.

Requirements:

1. Min. 8 years in Go-to-Market, Product Marketing, Commercial Strategy, Business Development, or Technology Marketing and Strong understanding of cloud, digital, data, and/or AI solutions
2. Certification: Product Marketing, Digital Marketing, AI/Cloud Fundamentals, Product Management, or Agile are advantageous
