A financial services company in Jakarta Utara is seeking a Project Manager to lead go-to-market initiatives. You'll manage project execution from launch to scaling, coordinating between business functions and engaging directly with customers. This role requires a Bachelor's degree and strong project leadership skills, along with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Lead and Drive Go-To-Market Projects: Manage end-to-end execution of lending initiatives, from new branch launches, pilot programs, scaling online marketing, to field activations.
Cross-functional Coordination: Serve as the operational hub across Business Development, Marketing, Operations, Product, and Risk teams.
Customer Engagement: Build direct relationships with customers to better understand needs, gather insights, and strengthen loyalty.
Market Intelligence and Strategy Refinement: Analyze competitor actions, customer behavior, and campaign outcomes to sharpen GTM strategies.
Performance Tracking: Monitor KPIs such as loan disbursement growth, branch productivity, customer acquisition, and marketing ROI. Provide structured updates and insights to leadership.
Operational Playbook Development: Create scalable, repeatable playbooks for branch expansion, online-to-offline customer journeys, and local activations.
Support Branch and Online Growth: Coordinate expansion efforts — helping grow our branches and boost customer acquisition through integrated online and offline marketing.
Minimum Bachelor’s degree with at least 1 year of experience in project management, GTM execution, business operations, or consulting.
