Job summary

Kredivo is seeking a Backend Engineer to design and implement features across its sites and services. You will work with Product, Business, and Sales to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions, writing high quality, maintainable code.

You will own parts of the system and continuously improve them in an agile environment. They expect 3-5 years of software experience, strong CS fundamentals, and proficiency in Go, NodeJS, or C++.

Qualifications

• BS/MS/PhD in CS or equivalent.
• 3-5 years of experience in software industry.
• Strong object-oriented programming concepts.
• Solid CS fundamentals: data structures and algorithms.
• Experience with Go, NodeJS, or C++.
• Good understanding of microservices architecture.
• Proficient in HTTP, Web Services, OAuth and RESTful APIs.
• Familiar with Linux environment.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or GCP is a plus.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement product features for Kredivo sites and services.
• Collaborate with Product, Business, and Sales to gather requirements.
• Write high quality, maintainable code.
• Own parts of the system and continuously improve them in agile env.
• Benchmark, load test, diagnose problems and propose solutions.
• Research and implement modern backend frameworks and technologies.
• Participate in design discussions, reviews and propose solutions.
