Job Description

  • Develop operational strategies for the furniture factory to achieve production and quality targets in accordance with company standards and goals.
  • Ensure that all processes, from the initial stage of project leads, technical support (in the form of drawings/layouts/BQ/RAB), costing calculations, procurement of offers (including flyer/catalog alignment, specifications, prices, and drawings), to sales orders processed through the Odoo system and billing, run according to schedule, for both private and government projects.
  • Monitor the efficiency, production quality, and installation schedules (BAST process) to ensure they meet the customer's desired timeline.
  • Review all operational activities and provide the team with the appropriate technical/non-technical guidance.
  • Resolve technical or operational issues that arise in the field or internally.


The Successful Applicant

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience and expertise in the interior contracting field, particularly on large-scale projects.
  • Degree in Architecture, Civil/Mechanical/Industrial Engineering, or Interior Design.
  • Able to read and understand layout drawings.
  • Possesses a strong design sense (artistic sense).
  • Proficient in using software such as CAD and Photoshop.
