Job summary

JAC Recruitment is seeking a General Manager (GM) - Operations to lead manufacturing operations and drive improvements in productivity, quality, safety, and cost efficiency. The GM will translate strategic priorities into actionable operational plans and coordinate cross-functional teams to meet business objectives.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering (Master’s preferred), 10+ years in manufacturing operations at a senior level, and fluency in English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering is required.
• A master’s degree or postgraduate qualification is advantageous.
• Experience in manufacturing operations at a senior management level is required.
• Experience in sheet metal, metal fabrication, precision engineering or related industries is preferred.
• Proven experience in operations management, process improvement and cost control.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.
• Willingness to be based in or relocate to Tangerang.

The position is responsible for translating strategic priorities into effective operational plans while coordinating cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

Responsibilities

Requirements
