About the role

We are seeking a talented and experienced General Manager of Operations for our warehouses and will be based in Cibitung, Bekasi, West Java. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our 3PL (third-party logistics) warehouses operations, ensuring efficient and effective management of our storage, distribution, and logistics processes. Your expertise will be instrumental in driving continuous improvements and optimising our operations to deliver exceptional service to our clients.

What you'll be doing

Manage and oversee all daily warehouses operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping of goods

Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency, productivity, and cost-effectiveness

Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and inventory management best practices

Lead and motivate a team of warehouses supervisors, operators, and support staffs

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and address any operational challenges

Analyse performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions

Contribute to the development and execution of the company's broader logistics and supply chain strategies

What we're looking for

Minimum 8 years of progressive experience in warehouse management, preferably in the 3PL or logistics industry

Strong understanding of warehouse operations, inventory management, and supply chain best practices

Excellent leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
