The ideal candidate has 5-7 years of e-commerce experience and strong analytical skills, with a Bachelor's degree in Management or Marketing. General Manager of Online Business will lead key online business strategies by developing infrastructure, systems, business processes, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure smooth and efficient company operations.
Plan online business strategies.
Develop strategies for enhancing online order applications and websites, focusing on features and technology.
Develop and execute the e-commerce strategy for platforms such as Shopee, Tokopedia, Tiktok, Lazada, and optimize the e-commerce platform for enhanced user experience and conversion rates. Analyze website performance and customer data to identify opportunities for improvement, including monitoring industry trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decision-making.
Lead the Online Business team to deliver the best customer experiences across PT Lotte Shopping Indonesia's online platforms.
Adopt the latest technologies in line with current trends and customer needs, and implement them into Lotte's online sales system.
Analyze online sales data and evaluate the Profit & Loss (P&L) performance of the Online Business.
Develop promotional strategies to increase online sales and analyze the results of promotional activities.
Monitor online business operational orders to ensure smooth processing and fulfillment.
Coordinate with the commercial team on product promotions and ensure promotional activities are executed effectively to drive sales and brand awareness.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration between online and offline operations.
Coordinate with the marketplace team.
Bachelor’s degree in Management, Marketing, or a related field.
5-7 years of experience in e-commerce, preferably in the retail industry.
Strong data analysis skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
In-depth knowledge of online marketing, e-commerce platforms, digital marketing, and online campaign management.
Proficiency in IT programs and back-end systems.
Strong leadership and team management abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
