PT Humana International Indonesia is seeking a technically strong Operational Leader to unite Processing, Technical Services, Mining, Environment and Permitting while providing effective second-in-command support to the KTT.

You will drive safe, compliant site operations, oversee feasibility studies and permitting activities, and mentor Managers to ensure rapid, practical execution aligned with Indonesian mining regulations.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Metallurgy, Mineral Processing, Mining Engineering or related discipline is required.
• Minimum 15 years of mining and/or mineral processing experience, including leadership roles.
• Strong Mineral Processing background with practical Heap Leach experience.
• Gold Heap Leach experience required as a relevant base; Copper Heap Leach exposure preferred.
• Strong understanding of CIL processing and metallurgical performance.
• Experience in Technical Services, project studies, FS, RKAB, AMDAL and permitting.
• Understanding of Indonesian mining regulations and environmental requirements.
• Strong leadership, communication, stakeholder management and problem-solving capability.
