Job description

Lead and manage daily operations of multiple palm oil mills.

Develop and implement strategies to optimize productivity and efficiency.

Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) regulations, as well as sustainability standards such as ISPO and ISO.

Oversee maintenance, quality control, and operational processes.

Manage budgets, costs, and financial targets.

Foster a safe, productive, and environmentally responsible work environment.

Liaise with stakeholders, including suppliers, regulators, and local communities.

Drive continuous improvement and innovation initiatives.

Qualifications :

Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, preferably in Mechanical, Chemical, or Industrial Engineering.

Minimum of 10 years of experience in palm oil industry operations, with at least 5 years in a senior managerial role.

Strong technical knowledge of palm oil milling processes, including sterilizer, digester, screw press, clarification, nut & kernel recovery, boiler, and power plant.

Well-versed in waste management practices, product quality standards, and sustainability frameworks such as ISPO and ISO 9001/14001.

Strong leadership and people management skills.

Excellent communication and strategic planning abilities.

Willing to be stationed at the mill site in a remote plantation area.
