As a GM HR&GA, your main responsibilities will include:

The Successful Applicant

A successful GM HR&GA should have:

  • A degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 15 years proven experience in HR leadership roles within the logistics and/or supply chain industry.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to lead and inspire a team effectively.
