About the role

We are seeking an experienced, dynamic and visionary General Manager to lead our luxurious hotel in the stunning location of Bali. As the General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the hotel's operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and driving the overall profitability and growth of the business. This is a full-time position based in Bali.

What you'll be doing
  • Provide strategic leadership and direction to the hotel team, setting clear goals and objectives
  • Manage all hotel operations, including front office, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance
  • Develop and implement policies, procedures and best practices to ensure efficient and effective hotel operations
  • Monitor and analyse hotel performance metrics, identify areas for improvement and implement appropriate strategies
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including guests, suppliers and the local community
  • Oversee the hotel's financial management, including budgeting, forecasting and cost control
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations and industry standards
  • Lead, motivate and develop a high-performing team of hospitality professionals
What we're looking for
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a General Manager or in a senior leadership role within the hospitality industry
  • Proven track record of successfully managing hotel operations and driving business growth
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively lead and motivate a team
  • Strong financial acumen and experience in budgeting, forecasting and cost control
  • Familiarity with the Bali hospitality market and local regulations is highly desirable
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field
  • Fluency in English is required, with proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia a plus
