Job description

  • Oversee daily hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, maintenance, and sales.
  • Develop, implement, and ensure compliance with SOP and safeguard quality of operations (internal & external audits)
  • Planning budget, monitoring costs, and prepare monthly financial reporting
  • Ensure an adequate administration for outgoing and incoming invoices also for the payment of invoices.
  • Utilize company database and cross selling procedure to develop a realistic annual marketing plan. Evaluate and update the plan as required by market conditions
  • Ensure best client service is being made available through communication amongst the team and maintain good relationships with current clients.
  • Develop, implement, and continuously review the effective and efficiency of sales and marketing strategies to align with company’s goal.
  • Identify opportunities and develop short- and long-term strategies for growth and improvement in profitability.

Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent.
  • At least 4 years’ experience within the hotel industry in Hotel Management.
  • Excellent written English and copy-writing skills.
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
  • Experience with several hotel operation systems
  • Skilful in project planning/ tasks and able to prioritize projects/ tasks.
  • Highly managerial capacities, organized, and efficient individual
  • Pro-active and result driven Flexible
  • Ability to adapt vision and proven flexibility
  • Willing to work overtime or in holiday if necessary
  • Willing to be placed in Business Unit
