Lead the planning and execution of construction and engineering projects within the industrial estate, ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives and operational efficiency.
Develop and implement engineering roadmaps that integrate technical design, modern construction methods, and sustainability for a long-term estate development.
Monitor project progress, assess risk mitigation plans, and proactively resolve issues to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
Oversee permitting processes and ensure full compliance with all regulatory, health, safety, and environmental standards.
Manage project budgets, resource allocation, and cost controls to optimize capital efficiency and operational performance.
Review and approve technical designs, engineering solutions, and construction strategies to ensure quality, safety, and long-term value creation.
Prepare and present executive-level reports, dashboards, and strategic insights to support informed decision-making.
Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of engineers, project managers, and technical staff, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous development.
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field (master's degree is preferable).
Minimum 15 years of experience in construction/engineering management, with at least 5 years in a senior managerial role.
Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale industrial estate or infrastructure projects.
Proficiency in Project Tools such as Microsoft Project, Excel, and other tools related.
Solid knowledge of project management principles (PMP certification is a plus).
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Strong understanding of local construction regulations and environmental policies.
