Executive recruitment consultant Monroe Consulting Group Indonesia is recruiting on behalf of Top Private Hospital Provider. Our client is seeking for the position of GM Center of Excellence and Product Development. This job will be based in Jakarta, Indonesia.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop strategic plans for Centers of Excellence (CoEs) aligned with commercial goals, including KPIs and initiatives.
• Lead cross-functional teams in designing and launching clinical service products based on market insights and internal strengths.
• Analyze industry trends and competitor offerings to identify service innovation opportunities.
• Manage and mentor CoE Managers to ensure quality, innovation, and operational excellence.
• Collaborate across departments to deliver integrated, patient-centric services.
• Oversee feasibility studies, clinical validation, and business case development for new services.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, ethical, and medical standards.
• Represent the hospital in industry forums on healthcare innovation.
• Report performance and strategic insights to the Chief Commercial Officer.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor's degree (preferably in Medicine, Pharmacy, Public Health, or Management).
• At least 10 years of experience in the healthcare industry, with 3-5 years in a senior managerial position.
• Strong understanding of service line management, healthcare service product development, and customer value proposition.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
